Mizzy your dress sounds gorgeous - as you say a great incentive to help you along. Perhaps I should try that tactic too [msnwink]
Do you mean you got a school sorted?
Julie - you deserve a treat now and then, and the cheesecake sounds [msntongue]
Sharon, just to let you know I resisted a chip butty at lunch time [clap] but doubt I will be able to resist a fish and chip lunch at Mum's tomorrow [msnembarrased]
Have a great weekend ladies [msnsmile]

good morning everyone
Julieanne, perhaps a treat will work to spur you along, sadly no school sorted as yet, it's very complicated when it comes to moving a child with additional needs from one school to another and really worrying for us to make sure we make the right decision, the school we visited has no trained or experienced staff but they seem very willing to meet his needs and to be flexible around them so he could go there, so it's a start i suppose
Julie, i hope you're not still worrying about the cheesecake from yesterday, i've looked up the syns for you a cheesecake and a average portion = 12 syns, so not too bad really, you have 105 syns per week to play around with and i know for a fact you will be no where near that[msnsmile]
Fiona, i hope you have a great party tonight[grin]
i'm feeling positive that this will be a great weekend

Morning all, the drunken revellers arrived home at 2ish - must have woken the whole lane up, but as we have had this from their kids over the years didn't feel too worried! However, the little (or not so little) treasures sat outside talking loudly while having a smoke - right outside our bedroom window:(. I went out and hissed at ED and she kept them under control, but I put my ear plugs in that I use when DH is snoring so heard no more[msnsmile2].
Have been out and walked the dogs, collected the hire glasses from Waitrose and bought birthday cake and a pud and am now at work. Very bleary faces moving around before I left, and I gave them a list of things to do: tidy kitchen & utility - came down and found large dollop of ketchup on plates and curry so they had obviously been eating at some time! They have to put all the bistro chairs and tables out, put the gazebo up, put the nightlights out, get the party lights out and up - think I gave them enough to do? YD had the temerity to ask me when I was buying food - told her when I came home from work, did she think I could wave a magic wand and produce it? I have my list all sorted and as long as I have that (and a quarter of it now crossed off) I will get it all done in time.
Have a good day all, eyes will certainly be on matchsticks, am absolutely starving, and surprise surprise no time to prepare any food.
Proposed food plan!
tea for breakfast (no fruit left!)
crusty roll with grated cheddar and spoonful of chutney
BBQ chicken, possibly a sausage or kebab, salad and I WILL have some pud and birthday cake, and to heck with it, a lashing of wine as well; I think I'm worth it[msnwink]. Just have to be VERY good tomorrow and rest of week until weigh in.

Good day all. Just got back from agility class, I'm worn out but not the dog unfortunately. She will still want a walk later on.
Fiona, have a lovely party and enjoy that dessert and birthday cake. You deserve it.
Mizzy, your dress sounds lovely. Hope you get the school sorted out for your son. It must be hard making sure you have the right school for him.
Vanessa what a great loss, well done. [clap][clap][clap][clap]
I spent yesterday evening at the sewing machine altering a number of clothes. I am loath to throw everything away because I have hardly worn some of them. So I now have a number of 14s which are now 12s. Also the new jeans I have bought, size 12 all had to be turned up. We have a wedding followed by a ceilidh just before Christmas and I bought a size 10 dress the other day, size 12 was too big, size 10 a little tight so I now have to lose more weight to get comfortably into it. I am going to have to do some shopping when we arrive in Florida next week as all the clothes out there will be too big.
Food diary for yesterday

Well done Julie, I'm sure you will be great at it. [clap][clap][clap] We will all now have our very own SW consultant on hand to give us advice and keep us motivated. Glad you feel better now, I do know that you are probably feeling a little drained today so take things easy but do eat enough. Oops, perhaps I should not be saying that to our very own consultant.[msnwink][msnwink]
Fiona, hope the party went well and that you have had some help with the clearing up this morning. There was a party near us last night but fortunately it finished about midnight, only to be replaced by an unofficial rave party on the beach. There was a constant thump, thump all night and it did not finish until 6.45 this morning. We both had a rather disturbed night.
Just had a lovely walk on the beach, it is a gorgeous day, warm and sunny. Planning to have a swim this afternoon.
