well ladies i had a sneaky peek on the scales this morning and boy does it look good, now all i have to do is get the scales to say the same figure on monday night and with my clothes on[msneek]
i'm visiting a possible secondary school for my little chap this morning, i don't for one minute think they can meet his additional needs but it's the local comp so have to visit even if it's just a courtesy visit to rule it out
if he doesn't fit into this school my choice within the town dwindles down to a big fat zero[msnsad]

well the school meeting went a little better than we expected and my dh took me out for lunch
i think i made the right choice, i had a grilled duck breast salad with sweet chilli dressing,
i asked them if i could have the breast grilled without the skin which they did and for the dressing on the side so i could decide how much to put on, it wasn't very fatty or anything so i think i made a good choice, what's more it tasted delicious[msntongue]
also had one diet coke and NO DESSERT [msneek][msnsmile2]
off now as the horrors will arrive home very soon and have to conjure up tea!

Since my last post on 3 September, I am pleased to say that I have lost 6LBs (I think as it went on quite quickly, it came off quickly) I have been very good though, however I am having a really bad day today and am really tempted to buy some chocolate - I have s[bad language filtered out]ed the wheel on our two week old car that has less than 400 miles on the clock!! I feel so stupid, I need cheering up!:(

Have 4 partygoers in the house already - getting ready for the big night out. Can't wait until tomorrow morning when I will find about 10 of them sleeping overnight. Maybe I will have a spotless house when I get back from work tomorrow afternoon just before the madness for the party at our house? No I thought not!

if you want something chocolatey why not build it into the plan your following? , i have some form of chocolate almost every day but in a small measured amount, something like cadburys mini chocolate or honeycomb bites, they are 4 syns with SW so about 75-80 cals[msntongue]

i've bought a gorgeous red strapless monsoon dress for new year (fitted bodice and A line swishy skirt, a classic shape dress) it's hung in full view to inspire me further on my weight loss journey, it does fit but rather snugly and dh loves it[msneek] personally i'd prefer a little bit less of the cling film sort of look, where as dh reckons it needs to be tight so nothing falls out[msnembarrased]
