LOL!!! I must admit Mizzy I still picked up 14's and had to tell myself to put them back, its really weird, I think it takes a while to sink in[msnsmile] I don't think I will ever get into a 10 though[msnsad]
You will be in a size 12 soon too, I have no doubts about that with your determination and knowledge of the plan you are a success story[clap][clap][clap]

I know it was better than nothing though as I had 10 mins before the school run, made up for it at tea time with a big casserole[msntongue][msnwink][msnwink]

Well ladies I've not been too bad or too good lately.
Eve starts school for full days on Monday and I have now committed myself to joining a ladies gym. I go in on Monday afternoon for an assessment and they will draw up a programme for me.[msnscared] I am also going back to class on Monday morning. After the injury I did to myself in Spring on the treadmill I think I will be better under skilled supervision.
Wish me luck
[msnscared][msnscared][msnscared][msnscared][msnscared] I hope there are people like me there and not all lycra bods.

Good to have you back Paula and good luck with the gym[sporty][clap][sporty][clap]

that's great to hear Paula, you will feel so much better about yourself once your back in control[grouphug] and worry not, i'm sure the gym will be full of very ordinary people all working towards the same goals as you will be

Glad to hear from you Paula, well done for joining a gym, often mean to but never get round to it. Just stick to my walks and sport. What with everything else I don't think I could fit it in. I intend to do lots of swimming while we are in Florida to keep up the exercise. I have told DH that I intend to get up early every morning for a 30 inute swim.
Fiona, how are things and how did the appointment with the consultant go? I was thinking of you this afternoon.

Evening all, and well done on those weight losses girls, and Sally what a huge weight loss so far, you are doing so well. Julie size 12, I can only wish - sad to think I used to wear that when I was a teenager! Never mind - one day!
Did the park and ride exercise at Oxford - what a performance, good job we allowed 2 hours to get there is all I am going to say. Another op, they hope to get it all out and then we will see. This will be in about 3 weeks time as 2 bods need to cancel their appointments to fit her in. I am going to postpone my op as don't think I can cope with trying to get up and down from Oxford within a week or 2 of that sort of surgery for the 2 or 3 days ED will be in. My consultant has been warned and I am sure it will be fine when I phone his office tomorrow. Gives me more time to lose some weight I guess, not that there has been any problems with it coming off recently!
YD's 18th tomorrow - well today now, conservatory is decorated with balloons and streamers, pressies at the ready. She's out on the razzle (first time legally;))tomorrow, and then the party Sat pm. At work tomorrow and Sat so somehow got to fit in a food & booze shop and get it all ready - so if I am quiet for the next few days you know why!
Have a good day peeps.

Fiona, I am sure now you know what is happening you must be feeling better. You are probably right to cancel your appointment as you need to be so positive for both and your ED needs you. Hope she is bearing up well. Give her our best.
Happy Birthday to YD[clap][clap][msnsmile2][msnsmile2]
