Hey Mizzy I'm going to see Mark, Jason, Howard and Gary before Robbie so boy do I have alot of work to do.
Well done on your weight loss Julie-that's fantastic! Fiona-there's nothing wrong with a "little"loss-it's better than a gain!
Leisa-It sounds like you're starting to get focussed. It IS difficult to lose weight. I only had a little to lose but found it hard to stay focussed. It's my frame of mind rather than which diet I'm on which seems to determine my sucess or failure.I found it took very little to put me off track and before I knew it I'd gained a couple on pounds[msnembarrased]
At the moment, I'm eating healthily and keeping up with the exercise

Good morning all.
Got a busy day waiting ahead of me today[msnscared] lots of running around starting with taking Caitlin for her Clarinet exam.
Had a really good day diet wise yesterday and will be sticking to the same today.
yes Julie think im doing ok many thanks for yours and everyones help!
am going for a big veggie shop! i know what to do with them!!
Julie the potato curry you made last week, is that ok for me to have? i thought if you were then it should be ok for me? if so any chance of the recipe please?
have always had the chicken curry, never made one from scratch so thinking of that
having a mega bad joints time at present! going for physio/acupuncture desperately need that!! its been working brilliantly on left knee but now the rest of the body is going through a flare up![msncry] pain pain pain and more pain!:(
physio, haircut, shopping, school run finishing dads tonight, typical!! i need to rest!!
I think you need to do something for yourself Liesa, might make you feel better and give you the incentive to keep on target with your diet. Do you fancy having your nails done? Or a facial? Just something to give you a little lift and feel pampered and get you on the right tracks.
I think planning is the key to it, and if I don't plan properly I start slipping down the slope again, and after all we are all doing this because we have problems of one sort or another in relation to food!
Lovely day yesterday and was lovely to see Janny & her husband and a couple of other owners for a good natter and some delicious (but slimming!) food.
Today I am having another whizzing round day, just off out with the hounds, got to nip into work, then back home briefly to take YD to station and then off to Slough to change over some of the stuff I bought last week from TK Maxx which I didn't like once I got it into the showroom. Have to get to the farm shop, pet shop, Waitrose and if possible the gym as well, so am really going to have to get my skates on.
Hot water with lemon (I would like to say it was a choice but actually it is because I have run out of Lady Grey tea bags - although I am SURE I bought some at the weekend - more senior / chemo moments[msnembarrased]!) with lemon and a banana. Tabbouleh for lunch and salmon & salad for supper.
Have a good day peeps.
