Although a very sad reason to go what a spontaneous idea. Have a good as time as possible and consider getting another dog on your return. They make the home when you've always had one, it's the greeting from them when you come home.

So sorry to hear about Jake. I still miss my golden lab, Sheba. I was 8 when she went to doggie heaven 30 years ago.

Have a wonderful trip and enjoy being able to just get up and go.

Jim, I think I would be that excited too with only days to go. As we still have 159 days, I'm not quite at the hour and minute counting stage yet! Have a brilliant time.
