Julie, i know you must be really dissapointed after all your hard work, do you think that perhaps if you swapped some of your food around, in particular the healthy b choices and how about some success express or mix to max days thrown in, that may give you metabolism a kick, i know that it's been successful with some of the members in my class especially when they get to a point where the weight just plateaus, you are very close to target and have done excellent to get this far so don't forget that will you[clap][clap][clap]

For Julie[grouphug], I know how you feel as I seem to be stuck at the moment even though I am sticking to the plan 100%.
Peter has noticed a pattern with me, I have a good loss one week and then nothing for a few weeks. I must be due for a good loss very soon.
Keep going, you will get there in the end.

Never mind Mizzy, a small gain after a good weekend of celebrations will soon come off. And as for that PIA that thinks she can tell other people what to do - she is probably jealous of other people's success, happiness or something. Funnily enough our class leader has one of those at her other class, so she has had to step in and nip it in the bud, but of course only found after her class size went from 40 odd to the teens[msnoo].
Julie you know what those last few pounds are like, I think Mizzy is right, you need to shake things up a bit, perhaps food and exercise wise?
Been good for the last couple of days (well need to make up for Friday & Saturday!) but will see if it is enough to take of last week's gain. We have the class leader from hell on tonight as our one is on holiday, so cue everyone just weighing in and disappearing. Most of us moved from another class when she took over!
If I can find the time - no make that when I make the time, I am going to read through the slimming world mags again, I usually find some new recipes to try and gives me inspiration.

about the pain in the a**e Fiona, my consultant reckons there in nearly always one in every class, this one in particular seems to think that because she is doing well, has never had a gain and has lost over 4 stone since christmas then we should all be able to do it, and we all know it's not as easy as that
i think she sees me as a threat[msneek] but i've got the measure of her and if i cannot shake her off in the next few weeks then i'm sending Jackie and Sharon in as reinforcements[msnwink]

Hi Folks, Sorry I have not been around much to support and congratulate on weight loss recently. I dont know what I did with my time before we had Lily.
Just reporting that I have not fully got back in the swing of things with SW again yet but happy to report that the 4lb gained while in Florida has now disappeared. Hopefully, if I do eventually find some time to do a little more reading of the SW bible and the mags I may even lose some more weight.[msnwink] I think the walking with Lily has helped a little so that has to be a good point, but she is a little devil at times[msneek].
Mizzy and Fiona, glad that your celebrations went well. Dont worry about the weight gain as it will soon come off again and we have to celebrate these things.
Well done Janny, you seem to be doing really well.
Julie, if you only have a couple more lbs to lose it will come off eventually especially with your determination.

Mizzy, just ignore her. I cannot understand anyone not giving everyone in the class their full support. Certainly we are all very supportive for everyone in our class. She is obviously a very sad person and should be pitied. Just wait one of these days she will not lose and then the boot will be on the other foot.
Julie, bad luck on the gain, but try as Mizzy suggests a little bit of variety, you never know. [grouphug][grouphug]
Karen, glad to hear Lily is keeping you on your toes, well done for losing the gain from Florida.

i've gone for red today
usual brekkie of toast and ginger jam (but eaten half this morning and other half for afternoon snack)
bacon,quorn sausages, egg, mushrooms and tomatoes for lunch
qourn minted lamb style grills with baby corn, green beans and whole baby carrots with a small yorkshire pudding (2syns)
kiwi fruit and strawberries
total syns so far = 4 but going to have mini choc bites so that'll make 8 in total[angel][angel][angel]
afternoon walk with Jo to feed the horses (been the 3rd afternoon in a row now) [sporty][sporty][sporty]

Well gals I am pleased to say -1½lbs - so despite eating out 3 times and the birthday celebrations I managed to shift what I had put on last week. Just have to keep on track for the 18th celebrations this weekend!!
Eyes are open with matchsticks so am off to bed, welcome back Theresa, and Karen, she may be a little devil but I bet she's cute and adorable really[msnwink].

My ED got her first car yesterday - she has worked at Starbucks for a year on Sats and has saved the money to buy a little Citroen Saxo, its my Mums old car but is still like brand new with only 1800 miles on the clock[clap] Now she just has to pass her test[msnwink]
