Green day yesterday for me
weetabix with strawberries and blueberries
sunshine pasta salad with melon for afterwards
went to a pub with our overnight guest but had a huge salad with home cooked ham -not sure of the weight of the meat but it was thin sliced and had no fat on it so am hoping it was ok for a HB

I have done my 30 mins on the treadmill this morning so am off to make this quiche now .

Janny if you just had meat and salad last night with no potatoes/rice or pasta then you'll be pleased to know that yesterday you had a near perfect mix to max day (and you could have had as much meat as you wanted)
the mix to max and success express plans are in your food optomising book but they usually recomend that you get to grips with the red and green plans first before you addle your brain with two more

well ladies you'll be pleased to know that i started to build in some exercise today, i've just done 20 mins on the strider and i feel great, i need to know how to concentrate on toning up my upper arms i have no dumbells so will have to use bottles of water or tins of beans as weights
just some nice simple exercises will do?
i have bought a lovely strapless dress for christmas which i want to look great in but my upper arms worry me
