Morning everyone!
Well, I am thrilled to report that on weighing yesterday, had lost the 1lb put on over the holidays so am officially the same weight as the beginning. Now, back to the treadmill, and get the other couple of stone off before florida.
Mizzy - I hope your son has settled down and is back to school reasonably happily![msnwink].
My last day off before going back to work tomorrow, kids back on wednesday so they're off to grannys tomorrow. I have to go shopping again today as the coat I brought for my son is damaged which I didn't notice until now so that has to be returned (and whats the betting that they don't have any left now) brought it a while ago cos I didn't want to leave it till the last minute![msnscared].

Morning everyone, didn't get chance to catch up over the weekend so just having a naughty 10 mins before I start work [msnembarrased]
Have to confess to fish and a few chips on Saturday [msnembarrased] [msnembarrased] Well I needed cheering up as it absolutely poured down all day [msncry]
But as it was nice yesterday, if a little windy, I had a long walk and then did lots of weeding in the garden [clap]
Got my meals planned for the next three days so this is going to be a good week - no going off track [msnwink]
Good luck to those of you who are sending your little and not so little ones back to school this week [grouphug] especially Mizzy, hope you get the little fella off without too many tears [grouphug]

firstly can i say thanks everyone for your kind words[grouphug]
well the deed is done and little chap safely into the care of his one to one[msnsmile]
i have been awake since 4am with him so he will be exhausted come hometime[msnsad] i can't begin to tell you how terrible the last 24hrs have been so i won't, i'm going to be positive that it doesn't spill over into the full week and try not to get too upset by it all
the good news is that oldest child back to school tommorow too and the scales look extremely promising for tonight[msnwink]

Fiona, there is some great party food in Iceland the desserts look especially nice (mini chocolate eclairs and pavolas)[msntongue]

Fiona, hope you get the appointment soon for ED so that you know how to plan. I was thinking of your op and wondering what you were going to do. Do try to go ahead if at all possible but I am sure you will make the right decision. How have things gone with YD?
Glad to hear everyone is on track and very positive.
I am just about to walk the dog then off to play tennis for an hour. Plan to get into the garden this afternoon, after the gales at the weekend it looks a total mess so needs a good tidy up.

Morning all, my daughter is now back at school so I am going to try really hard to get back on with the healthy eating again.
Mizzy, try not to worry too much about your little one, I know that is easier said than done though. Sorry that you have had such a traumatic weekend but its nice to hear that you are still so positive and that the scales are looking good for your weigh in.

Morning girls is it quiet at your homes too now they gone back .My 17 yr old went back today too -How well I remember the first days too.
Kazzie I am sure you will get back in the swing of things pretty quickly .

Just had my hour of tennis and it was so hot and sticky.

i think the scotch eggs are free on a red day Janny if you use the bowyers sausage
if your taking cous cous tommorow then that would make it a green day, how about a cold pasta or rice salad or a pasta quiche which can be sliced ready to take along with you?
