he just wont sit and pose or even stand and pose for me:(

WOW he really is getting big. I like the one on your hubbies knee. How is he holding on the the lap top? Does Diesel still like your indoor plants?
-
i only have 1 indoor plant Nikki, when he bounds all over the sofa he does tend to get very close to it so get him down pronto, to keep hold of the laptop to,
he is very good at getting on laps!! have no idea how Steve managed to keep both on his lap, :D Diesel is now at the stage where he sist on chairs just by backing onto them, hes so funny, hes still very spooked when out for a walk with Steve when he hears strange noises like stupid teenage girls screaming laughing very loud at bus stops! he is very good with being told to either stop or sit at the kerbside, so thats a bonus, hate the idea of him running out!
will try and get some pictures again tomorrow evening, there is no class after ours so we get to hang around chatting, and we do like to chat some lovely puppies there:D

Wow Liesa He is really coming on isn't he. We have never had a big dog so I always find it really funny to see them sitting their bums on the sofa. Hope you all have a great Christmas.[xmas2]

he has got a certificate from his first set of puppy classes and will move on to the junior classes in january, its been great teaching him as the great dane breed are very stubborn and only do what they want to do when they want to do it
will add some more pics after christmas
thanks again Nikki xx

Looks like Steve is loving having Diesel around Liesa. I know you all are but I think Steve was the one who didn't know whether he wanted a dane or not. Diesel looks like he is a really big help around the house. He Is getting so big. How is your knee doing?
-
Knee is just the same Nikki, getting me very depressed, have had so much pain and the nights are jut as bad as the days, having Diesel is the best medicine cos he makes me smile and laugh, hes just so funny, he loves us all so much and you can see for various reasons, the babies hes so gentle with even tho he has to welcome them with his great big tongue all over their little faces, we try not fo fuss to much, just get the wipes ready!! me well he has to cuddle me, Steve he can be rough and ready with and Lauren he is gentle to a certain degree with her, hes a very happy dog!!!
its a shame i cant walk him alone as he is to strong and i cant go to far or fast cos of the knee but i do go with Steve to classes or pups, which we have now joined the junior one which is a kennel club one and we aim to go for a bronze award, Diesel did very well at classes and received a certificate, mustnt forget what we have taught him so far over christmas
thanks again Nikki for asking...... hope we dont bore you?[xmas1]
-
You dont bore me at all Liesa. Its nice to see the difference a dog can make to a family after a loss of another one. He is lovely Liesa. Hope you all had a lovely day yesterday. [msnsmile2]

thanks Nikki, yes we did and Diesel was brilliant, my house is not very big and yet he took up most of the room, but he was so well behaved apart from when he kept jumping up on the chair onto my elderly dad, ooops, he was funny but obviously he scared my dad who has only seen him twice
hope you had a great christmas Nikki?
