Seems like we are running out of suitable words to decribe our villas....I quite like prestigous, but I guess some of you dont. Good thing we are not all the same, or all our adverts would be identical[msnwink]

Maybe I will go with the following.
'Run down community with the odd good thing to say about it'
Maybe people might want the reverse phycology approach....
Most of the communities we visited when we visited are prestigeous, they are certainly more prestigeous than most of the 5* hotels on I Drive.
When I mentioned pool toys at the beginning, I was referring to the floating chairs and recliners that go into the pool, its called that here in Oz, not the little inflatable bits and pieces...should have made that clear. You don't have to have pictures of those, but mention they are there......it does make the pool area more fun to relax in.
BBQs definately are a must, my sisters have looked for BBQs in every link....they want to cook outside when home, for a change!
One villa mentionedd they have flasks/picnic ware/cooler bags to borrow, in the kitchen. That's an excellent extra, and one families will be delighted to hear!
Twiglet, a lot of owners do not have BBQ's (including myself) because of the safety aspect. Spilled fat on a pool deck and pool screens catching fire are just a couple of hazards which can and have occurred in the past. We were advised by our MC when we bought not to have a BBQ because of serious accidents which have happened in the past. There's also the added problem of 'who cleans them'. [msnwink]

I have used the words luxurious upscale, superior, executive to describe my homes
Very hard to find words that mean the same but also sound OK
eg. The spacious family room whats the alternative?
The capacious family room
The extensive family room
The commodious family room
The voluminous family room
Barbara,
They don't have the same feel though.

I'm not sure "commodious" gives off the right signals.[msnwink]:D
I would need to dig the dictionary out for that one Sarah!
