morning everyone, Sharonhope you are feeling better, your weight is the last thing yo should be worrying about, the determination will return when your health is better.
jill im going to florida a week on saturday and i dont think i will be as good as you,i will think about making good choices but wether they get put into practice is another thing.
im still having a great week now,i am just about to have my fresh fruit salad with VLFnat yoghurt on it, hubby and i are going out today so will have to be very good, i dont want to undo all the good work ive done all week pat

Well I have to add a naughty extra to Monday’s food diary – I had 4 pieces of Thorntons treacle toffee [msnembarrased]
Yesterday
breakfast – seriously oaty, innocent mango & orange smoothie
lunch – usual pitta
dinner – fried rice (no egg) with prawns, peppers, peas, sweetcorn, a few cashew nuts and soy sauce [msntongue] [msntongue]
extras – activa yoghurt, apple, orange, water and green tea
gym session
Today
breakfast - small bowl special k, half a banana mashed onto 1 slice malted grain toast
lunch – chicken slices and sweetcorn relish on malted grain bap
dinner – salmon and sweet potato mashed with small amount of lf crème fraiche
extras – activa yoghurt, apple, grapes, water and green tea

i didn't manage the t/mill in the afternoon got back from manchester too late and too **********
just "done" 45 mins on t/mill felt more like 45 hours. going to make some tom soup and try to be[angel]
mizzy how's your halo mine feels a bit squiffy but by this evening it had better be straight!

i'm not at blackpool Jan, Julie is, hope Julie is having a good time becuase like her i'm not a blackpool fan either, i've been once and that was enough
my halo is still fine, i will not get the longer walks with Olly today (i've had two short ones once with the dog and then from my hairdressers to my mums) so i'll make up for it with some extra vigorous housework, the house looks shocking anyone coming in would think we'd been burgled[msnembarrased]
food wise i've has usual brekkie and batchelors pasta and sauce for lunch so all syn free up to now, planning on having sweet potato wedges for tea with chilli beans and quorn sausages which is my all time favourite tea and i'm making a fruit salad to get me out of the "must have a sweet biscuit after lunch, tea etc" i always crave something sweet after a meal, why??????
Pat, have a lovely romantic night out, enjoy it but choose wisely[msnsmile]
after this morning visit to the hairdressers i'm back to my nat strawb blonde and i got a lovely compliment about how much slimmer i look since she last saw me[msnwink]

Evening all, well I am back from Blackpool and if I never go there again it will be too soon[msneek]
Did get lots of exercise though and spent some time in the Tower Ballroom watching all the pro dancers ballroom dancing[msnwink]
Nowhere decent to eat so my food diary is sparse.........

mizzy im not going out tonight, we went shopping today, im looking for a pair of trousers to travel to florida in, i would like something casual, not dress pants, im a bit lonk in the tooth for cargo pants and i didnt want jeans,they are a bit heavy, i usually go in jogging pants but the ones i have are too big(how good is that) but ive not seen any i like. i think i need to go to m&s and see what i can find there.
we had a sandwich for lunch in a coffee shop i went for damage limitation with a cheese toastie the bread was white but better than a huge crusty sandwich with loads of mayo in it, so i was quite proud of myself. good luck to anyone weighing in tonight pat
