Hello everyone,
Sorry not to have posted again for a while but feel too guilty[msnembarrased]. Haven't really stuck to the diet at all this week, didn't want to post cos you're all doing so well still, I feel I'm letting you all down. [msnsad]. The kids are back at school soon and I'm hoping getting the routine back will sort me out.
Legs are better now, didn't go on the treadmill at all for 3 days and then just twice last week very gently, seemed to be ok but didn't want to push it!
Karen, Lily is absolutely gorgeous, hope shes getting on ok still.
Well, I check in tomorrow hopefully. DH is off work now for a week so we might get out and about a bit hopefully.

Julie B don't ever feel guilty we are here to support and help you[grouphug]
Just get back on track when you are ready and like you said the children will be back at school soon and we can all get back in to our routines and things will get easier[clap]
Glad you have got over the shin splints[sporty][sporty] Take it gently for a while[sporty][sporty]

Julie B the best time to keep in touch is when you are finding it hard, we all have bad days and we need each other to get us past them[grouphug]
Kazzie of course you can come, can you bring Lily too, she'll have a ball with the children running riot around the house and i'm sure one of the delightful angels will take her for a special ride down the bouncy slide[msneek]
Julie, i know you're still not at your best but do try to squash in another good sized snack[msnsmile]
and Janny, how's it gone today? the first weekend is always the hardest!

Julie B, dont feel too guilty, not everyone is being an angel[msnembarrased], I havnt got back into the swing of things yet either. Been too busy with Lily and like others have said, it is much easier when the kids are back at school and you get back into a routine. Lily was just crying because I wouldnt let her chew my toes[msnoo], will life ever be normal again? There is plenty of time and better to lose slowly and surely. Glad you have recovered from the shin splints.
Julie, make sure you eat properly tomorrow.
I have to be up early tomorrow as I am taking my Sister to the airport, she is going to Mexico for her silver wedding anniversary, so I better get off to bed now.
For those being good, be good for the rest of the long weekend, and for those not being so good, dont be too naughty!

Aww, thanks everyone,[grouphug]. The trouble is, I have no doubt that everything will be ok when I get back to the routine, but its the damage I could do between now and then that scares me!

well todayhasn't been bad thanks Mizzy
had
2 weetabix (B ) milk (A) fruit (free)
Prawn sandwich with lettuce and cucumber (bread B) mayo (21/2 syns)
chicken sw receipe 1/2 syn with veggies all free
3 baby bel lights (A)
2 Muller light yogurts (1/2 syn each )
lots of water and extra fruit.
Does that all sound right ?
tomorrow I am doing my walk so will be taking lots of fruit some bolied eggs and hi fi bars
In the evening my son is here and we will have a chinese.
If I have chicken and mushroom (5 1/2 syns) on an original day, I can have 28g of boiled rice for an extra 2 is that right ? or does anyone have any suggestions of things I can have instead?
Karen it's not your fault -I obviously didn't read the book carefully enough
Off to bed now -need to be in Salisbiry by 8.30 in the morning!

sounds like you have had a great day Janny
on chinese i always go "green" for the day and my favourite is chow mein which for chicken works out around 7 syns
there is a section in your syns pages under the eating out and chinese so i'd use this as a syn guide
if you go green for the day you could take a cold pasta dish with you to your walk or how about a cous cous or rice salad
good luck with the walk
Mizzy
