Just back from classed and very pleased to say I lost 4.5lbs this week[msnsmile2] Just got 1.5 to lose to get club 10 now so that's the aim for next week.

I have also lost some, but not anywhere near your loss Pamela, 3.5lbs but this is over 2 weeks as I didn't go last week. Also received my 1/2 stone sticker. I now just have 1.5lbs and I am at my target weight [msnsmile]

Am carrying on being careful rather than sticking to plan, and am off to Milan on Sunday for 3 days for an exhibition, so more of the same and will get back on plan when I get back. Lucky us flying out of T5 so overnight stuff only which is a bit difficult on the make up front I can tell you! Saw my consultant yesterday and all ok, I can start doing a bit more[msnwink].
Still having hassle getting our travel insurance renewed, managed to get mine sorted, but no-one is interested in ED -so far everyone has turned her down because they know nothing about her cancer. The company we are with have referred it to the underwriters and have promised to get it sorted by today, so fingers crossed ... They are dealing with my cancer differently too - £410 excess to pay to insure me for it, or waive it and pay the £75 for DH and I. Last 2 years I have been covered with a £750 excess in case of anything relating to the cancer. I am just checking bupatravel as obviously they cover me for all my illnesses so they may be ok!
