I'm still not eating much as my mouth is still a bit sore. I think I'm really hungry until I start eating then I feel really full quickly. So I'm not hopeful of losing much this week again[msnsad]
I have less than 7 weeks now until we go to Florida and I had hoped to lose another stone before then but it's not looking likely.
Pamela, every pound counts! so in 7 seven weeks even 7lbs is great! You are doing well but with everything going on around you at the moment I think you are doing fantastic! I hope you feel a bit better today and are able to eat a bit more.[msnsmile]

Stayed the same this week, so I guess that is good after chips and Eccles cakes!! Determined to have a better week. Having stuffed peppers tonight with couscous and sweetcorn.

Hi all
My visitors have gone back to the UK now - which is just as well as I have gained 2 lbs whilst my sister and her DH have been here [msnembarrased] - we ate out way too much
Now I hate doing this but there is so much to catch up on so [grouphug][grouphug] & [clap][clap] for everyone that needs them. I will have a read thru when I have more time but didn't want to delay posting any further.
Struggling to stay on plan at the mo - only 3 weeks til Florida and I think I am already in holiday mode [msncool]
Had a huge BBQ today so ate fairly well - lamb, salmon, steak, salad etc - the only naughty thing I have had today was some cake that Taylor made but I only had a tiny bit [msntongue]

Difficult day today as much of my time spent in the car, mainly in traffic jams[msnsad]
Missed breakfast but took a Go Ahead bar 5 syns and Banana
Evening, baked potato, steamed mixed vegetables and cottage cheese + mango and pineapple with muller light
Cappuccino with milk allowance 3 syns
Total syns 8
Weighed myself today, just 2lbs short of target weight, if my scales match those of SW - I should know on Thursday.
Weigh in for me this evening. I always get to Wednesday and start to wonder how I feel I've been this past week.[msnscared] I think I've been OK on the whole but then last week I felt I didn't do well and had a good loss. Ah well I will let you all know later.

I had quite a good day, had a couple of slices of bread for sins and had a good dinner - couscous and veggies with sweetcorn and a bit of grilled haloumi cheese.[msnsmile]

Pamela, don't be downhearted you have done fantastic, you could aim for half a stone for florida easily in the next 7 weeks, it's a realistic target and anything above could be classed as a bonus so don't give up [clap]

we have visitors today (a boy in Jo's class with his parents and little sister are coming) it's rather a wierd set up as they don't interact and barely talk when he visits, they just have this side by side companionship thing going on, she will be on the laptop and he will watch a dvd and they barely say two words [msneek] it's good for her though to have him visit and his parents are really nice to talk too, it helps with them being disney addicts they are also planning a trip to florida so we've plenty to talk about and when their son gets used to us and feels more comfortable he will be able to come on his own and be left for a while and vice versa for Jo [msnsmile]
