Convertibles

I am after a Camaro or Mustang convertible (just for 1 day) in Ft. Lauderdale. Is there any car hire company in which I have a great chance of getting one of these if I book a convertible??? I want to hire one for my husband as part of his Brithday gift :)

I think most of the usual rental companies do the Mustang but a Camaro might be a bit harder to find. I've had Mustangs consistently from Alamo and Dollar for the past 3 or 4 years.

I'd suggest looking on their websites to see what cars they have at that location.

I would prefer Alamo or even Sixt as a 2nd choice. When you went with Alamo, what choices did you see in the convertibles section?

I haven't rented from Ft Lauderdale (apologies if I gave that impression) so I can't fully answer that one. Alamo always seem to have Mustangs wherever I've rented over several years but I wouldn't want to predict that would also be the case at Ft Lauderdale.

Actually, since my last post I found something even better. A Camaro SS with Hertz. You can reserve the "exact" model so I am happy knowing he will get that car. :)
