Do you mean separate address when you arrive in Florida, or separate addresses for your homes in the UK?
Separate addresses in the UK, we are all going to the same villa.
It could make all the difference if your daughters have a different surname to your surname.
My eldest daughter although lives in southampton in university at present is not married, so I put her on the same form as me. but as they do have their own family unit as well, it it more than likely better to have different immigration forms.
My partner and I have different surnames and we always go through immigration as a family group - last trip the customs officer said that really its just a matter of confidentiality which is why parties normally go in groups according to surnames. Are your grandaughters younger than 16? If so you should be able to go through as a group together i think.
You don't complete immigration forms now at most airports. Each person has to complete the ESTA form prior to departing the UK. It can be completed online (Google ESTA) for a small fee.
You do however need to complete a customs form. One form to be completed by the head of each family group (supplied on the plane). Hope that helps.
Sorry may have got hold of the wrong end of the stick here. Thought you were talking about the forms and not immigration control at the airport.
It is sometimes easier to present as a group (especially if any of the others are travelling otherwise as a single person) as the Immigration Officer may otherwise ask more questions of the person travelling "alone" just to clarfiy they are not travelling with intent to stay/work etc. My suggestion would be when you near the front of the queue (it is a single queue at MCO now) to ask the person directing the queue the question, that way they know you are doing/trying to do the "right thing".
You don't fill in the Green I94 now but you still have the white Customs form (you fill in one of these for each person/family with a different surname living at a different address.
