We are looking to buy a villa near Disney and Mission Park caught my eye. Has anyone bought a villa here or does anybody know anything about this community. I would love to get some feedback before I think anymore about going for one there. Thanks. Mary
We bought in there in December. I liked it the most of all the properties we looked at.
I've not heard of this one. Whereabouts is it?
It is out at Clermont, it is a gated community. 3/4 bedroomed villas ranging from $189,000 to about $217,000, Says about 10 mins from Disney. Don't know who the builders are, found somewhere that says Engineered Homes.
Oh, they're also building homes off SOBT John, on the right about half way between the 17/92 traffic lights and the Pleasant Hill junction (although it doesn't mention this on the website and just mentions Brighton Lakes which is on Pleasant Hill). http://www.engineeredhomes.com
mission park is next to weston hills and opposite orange tree estates
