Larger Home Wanted - Davnport Area

Hi
I have a friend who wants a larger home, preferably with 2 x master bedrooms and larger rooms generally anywhere within easy driving distance of Disney as they work there.
Backing onto conservation larger/corner lot would be good, and a cul de sac even better.
Back to back rear neighbors would not be desirable for them.
Pool or no pool makes no difference, they are not cash buyers but do have a decent cash deposit ($60k)and excellent credit score - US citizen -

If anyone here knows of a short sale or similar, or of a home with a realistic asking price and motivated seller I would be grateful for a PM about it.
Trying to stay out of the expensive clutches of realtors on this one.
