Car Hire Voucher

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I know on my car hire booking that it states voucher will be received 2 - 3 weeks prior to departure. Should I be worried, we leave on 24 Aug and not received my voucher yet, however my daughter leaves on 23 Aug and she's had her voucher for approx 2 - 3 weeks.

There is no reason to worry - the 2-3 weeks is just a rough guide and nothing exact.
