What happens if tickets dont arrive on time

Hi, does anybody know what would happen if the tickets you order from this site don't arrrive in time before you leave. Would they replace them in Florida?

You can either arrange to pick them up in Florida or have them delivered to your accommodation. But I'm sure, if you have provided your departure date and requested delivery, you will have been told if they won't have time to arrive.

Thanks for you reply. We leave on the 28th April and ordered our tickets on 1st April. The self service online tracking says tickets haven't been dispatched from the Orlando office yet which is why i'm panicking a bit.

I've sent 2 emails but the reply has been the same to each "delivery as stated 10 - 14 days"

My concern is that the tickets arrive after we leave for our holiday. Would those tickets be cancelled and new ones reissued?
