Flight Tickets

We have received our tickets and I am rather worried. We are flying with My Travel and booked with Direct Holidays, we have paid extra for an upgrade to Premium Gold seating & 30kg luggage allowance. The tickets state 20kg and no mention of Premium Seating. When I rang them they said that yes we would get 30kg and Premium seating it was on the Itinery they send to the airline. I asked if I could have this in writing but they said there was no need for this as I would have no problem. Has anyone else had a similar problem?[msnsad]

Make sure you take all correspondance with you to prove you have upgraded.
I am sure you will be fine, but its better to be safe than sorry.

Lyn, we have flown with My Travel several times, three times in premier gold,we had the same question the first time we went,don't worry,when you get to check in go to the premier gold check in desk and you will be fine,they do not put the extra allowance etc on the flight tickets. have a great time and again do't worry you will be fine Eric and Ann
