2 Possibly stupid questions

Hi

Some of you have already given me advice on my first thread with regards to going Orlando for the first time. Now as friends and family start to hear we are going the rumour mill of what you can do while you are there is gong into overdrive.

My girlfriend has always wanted to hold a Koola, or at least see one. A friend of mine has said that it is possible to do this in Orlando but i have searched the net and cannot see it. I assume it is not true but if anyone can confirm it?

Also a friend said that Mcdonalds over there have a live crocodile in a tank in one of their Orlando restraunts. He thinks it is one on International Drive but cannot remeber for sure. He thinks he heard it on a show involving Trevor McDonald over here in the UK. Does anyone know if this is true?

I have held a Koala while in OZ, i had a quick look at Orlando Zoo and Busch Gardens but can't see anything sorry! Maybe you could email both parks and ask if they do this.

They have live alligators at the Gaylord Palms in the atrium between the Steak restaurant and Vila de Flora restaurant. I've never heard of a crocodile in MacDonald's but anything's possible.

i have tried to find out about your other question but as yet dont have an answer sorry,
the only thing i find is in a septic tank a crocadile got into i think not very sure tho[msnembarrased]

There are live baby alligators at the mini-golf on International Drive - and you can feed them

Which mini-golf is that? We've played Pirates Cove on I drive before but certainly didnt see any alligators!

its the one next to wet n wild i seem to remember , next to that newish brit pub. ' expensive bit of westlers hot dog' but fun for the kids

Haven't come across any Koalas in Florida as yet.
Hope the alligators don't end up in a burger bun.[msnwink]:D

I'm sure we saw Koalas at Busch Gardens when we first went in 1999. You couldn't hold them though and they were all fast asleep. Bless!!

Thanks all for your advice. I emailed Busch Gardens and they replied. They said unfortunatly they do not have any Koalas in their collection.
