Interesting.....I just saw my neighbour got 149k for his home....we sold a bigger plot in 99 for 60k......

I did read somewhere the master site is only to be updated annually. My brother has been looking for a house sold last Nov/Dec and it is still not listed.
Repeat only read that - not an official source of information
From the website: This material was last updated on 04/05/2005. It covers the period from 01/01/2000 to 31/03/2005.
