Owner topics

Just wondered if it was worth considering a separate 'villa owners area' for owners who are not advertisers on OV/VRV but who may wish to join in discussion or ask questions. I was thinking it could be a separate password area (so OV/VRV owners would have 2 passwords) but there seem to be questions asked in the general areas, from people (transferring money was one of them) amongst others to keep it out of the Public domain.
Woudl it also be possible to have the owners section displayed in a different colour, so it would remind us if it was visible to the public or not, it's very easy to write things, giving a straight answer to a question then realise it may be viewed by other than homeowners and may need to be a bit more discreetly or tactfully put or maybe not at all?
