Wonderful Service from Virgin

Just thought I would let everyone know how helpful Virgin have been today. We are always quick to criticise so I would like to air some paraise today.

My son has ADHD so he finds it hard to sit still and wait in long queeus. I phoned the specisl assistance group to sort out our plane seats in February, and spoke to avery helpful lady called Laura. As well as reserving us bulkhead seats, Laura has arranged for us to use the premium or First class book in area and use the fast track through passport control.

I was then asked if I would like us to get on the plane first or last, I choose last as this reduces the time between boarding and being in the air.

Laura then went to the trouble to see if the scheduled planes were the newer ones with gmaes as well as TV's, at present they are. Finally I was given Lauras individual extension number should I think of any other things that I would need assistance with.

I have had instance to use their special needs dept too & have so far found them really helpful [clap][clap][clap]

We have always found Virgin really good and the girls on the checkin desk and those that man the phone have always gone out of their way to make sure we have everything we need and are all sat together, even when I have booked flights for two families seperately.

Its always better to hear of the positve side of these things instead of all the negativity, Virgin is a great company and it only takes one hitch and it can put you off for a long time, like anything, things can go wrong because of a multitude of reasons ( which are not usually the fault of the people you rant and rave to ) and we are always quick to harp on about them for ever.

We have found Delta very helpful too when travelling with a disabled friend.
