car seats for 10 yrs. and 3yrs.

hi we are travelling with two children ages 10 and a3yr old do we need car seats for both of them.i know florida law is quite strict about car seats hope someone will know just to let you know how much i enjoy these forums. thanks in advance mo83

You will not need one for the 10 year old but you will for the 3 year old.
