Has any1 asked any Q&A on Management Company's!! 1 inparticular Company I'm very interested in is [name edited] Service Centre - located inside The La Quinta Lakeside Inn @ Marker 5 on 192. I've got to go to this place to collect our Villa Keys but it's a Sunday & their shut? (told via Holiday company that there should be a lock Box)
Most management companies have a lock box facility because people arrive at all sorts of times of the day or night. You'll get the code for the lock box and just pick up your keys and driving directions from there.
There will either be a lock box at the management companies office containing a lot of keys for weekend checkins, you get the code and take the key with your name on it ( my former man co which refused to lock box the houses worked themselves worked that way), or there will be a lock nox on the house itself and you can go right there and get the keys with a ccde. You need to find out which way this man co operates as they are not all the same.
