I have been receommended a great Toy Shop, with a large (house size) Doll at the entrance. No one seems to know the name of the shop or the location. Plesae can anyone help.

I imagine they mean FAO Schwarz located on I Drive where the road splits with Universal Boulevard.

Thanks Rosie. Just looked it up on web and I reckon thats the one. Will let you know how we get on. First trip to Florida in 12 days, can't wait.:)

Hi Tony, I read that on a Yahoo search. Have a note of the phone number so will call them before we vist to see if still open. Thanks.

It is definitely closed- Was there last month. If you just want picture with doll go but otherwise don't bother.

there is a good toy shop, think called toy liquidators in Beltz outlet down the bottom of i.drive, which is really cheap. FAO was always over priced and I could not get any Bratz stuff there last year. Walmart also has a good selection of toys and there is a massive Toys R Us near the Florida Mall.

FAO was THE place to go for your teddy bear's. Sarah will vouch for that, as we seemed to buy at least 2 on every trip. I'd heard it had shut down before we went a couple of weeks ago, so we didn't go anywhere near the place. (My excuse anyway [:p])
