We are trying to find a family annual policy and we now live in US so don't seem to be able to use any of the useful links that were on the other thread.
Has anyone got any recommendations for policy in US please

Thanks

Jackie

Try here http://tripinsurancestore.com/ which gives you a comparison tool for different US travel insurance options.

Does your medical insurance not provide a travel option for you though as this might be the cheapest option?

Thanks Blott
It seems so complicated over here but I guess is just what you are used to. We do have the normal US medical insurance but were looking for something a bit more comprehensive (like you can get in the the UK as an annual policy) but it seems you can only get things by trip here which is a pain (and expensive) as we don't just want medical insurance.
Not only have we plans to our villa a couple of times in the next year, we are going home (UK) for a visit at Christmas and have just booked a cruise and......adding up trip insurance individually gets very expensive.
I will keep searching on the internet...

Jackie
Have you tried any of the credit card companies like American Express, Barclaycard etc as they are so geared up to them in UK they may have the same thing for US residents.
we point our guests to Travelguard or the AAA as a start to get them thinking along the lines of needing the insurance in case of cancellation etc.

Some friends of mine use 'Atlas USA' they offer medical and travel insurance packages. Policies go from 15 days to 1 Yr

Dave, do you have a website address/ contact? I have found atlas-club by searching on internet which seems to do quite good policies but doesn't seem to cover multiple trips

Thanks for your help
