Set in five acres, visit this area for a variety of animals, entertainers, tropical lagoon with waves, sandy beach, underwater viewing area and even a coral reef. Touch the dolphins, stroke the sting rays and see endangered penguins.
Oh, and don't forget to try the food there!

Great music here too and often tattoo artists (temporary ones!) and face painters which are cheaper than Disney parks and I think more interesting.
Often a band plays here too - only disappointment, no cocktails!
The food is quite Caribbean in style. We had conch fritters which must be an acquired taste!!

What are these Julie? Only fritters I ever eat in Florida are sweetcorn fritters at Sizzler's salad bar - to die for!
The funnel cake in Seaworld is gorgeous if not sickly.

Conch is a shell fish - you know the big shells that you see on the beach sometimes - at least you see them on Caribbean beaches (not yet been to a Florida beach <img src=icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>)
Out in the West Indies they call it "Lambie" - I think thats how it's spelt

Don't forget to go to see the giant turtles in Key West:
Turtle Point is small by SeaWorld standards, a little sandy island!
Has four species — loggerhead, Kemp’s ridley, hawksbill, and green sea turtles the wonderful thing is, they all rescued animals.
Always a guide to chat away to you.
We had funnel cake too. Looks like a spiders web. Conch is a shell fish and is battered. You get it with a dip. It is a bit rubbery. I dont like calamari either so I guess it was a bit adventurous really.

Julie - give proper conch another try - I've never had it battered, but I suspect it's over cooked, because it's never been rubbery when we've eaten it
