You can buy Epcot Passports at nearly every souvenir kiosk/cart in Epcot - keeps kids occupied.
You get an 'I'm a World Showcase Traveler' button, plus a passport and a set of stamps for each country.
In each country you can ask a Cast Member to stamp and sign the passport and write something in their native language.
