You see the locals walking about in furcoats at Christmas time......and all the Brits are in shorts.....
If it get down to 40 degree the news tells you to wear a hat and gloves.....we don't get told that here till its 10 below.......

Not a cat lover, although Siamese are elegant and a bit aloof I think. Like women only come to you when they want something!!!
