Just a wandering:DMy stepdaughter and boyfriend may holiday in our villa with us next year, they will be 20.Is it against US law to drink alcohol indoors if under 21, or just to consume it in a public place/or buy it[?][?]
I think they would be OK in the villa. I am sure I will be put right if I am wrong[msnsmile2]
I asked an American friend about this and she said that in the home it's fine, but not necessarily a good idea to take them out afterwards if they get tipsy!!!
Just a word of warning here actually. When I went out in the evening drinking I was asked for my ID a number of times and the first time I didn't have it and they wouldn't serve me. I'm 32!!
I always take ID with me now!

Be careful..you are on dangerous territory there Purchasing or Furnishing Alcohol for a Minor is Second degree misdemeanor – confinement for a definite term not exceeding 60 days or a fine up to $500.00 or both.

Crikey:(Lemonade it is[msnwink] Don't think it will be a major issue, but I must admit I probably wouldn't have thought about it before[msnsmile]
