Now that people are exchanging riddles on-line, why not have a separate forum called 'Brain Teasers' or something like it? That way, those interested will get to see new riddles posted quickly instead of it getting lost in another thread in 'General Chat'. It will be harmless good fun.

Good idea Nostromo, and if it gets the go ahead would it be possible to have a "Show Answer" button so that readers can reveal the correct answer at a time of their choosing.

Yes, I see what you mean. The only way around that is - whoever clicks on the button to find out the correct answer will no longer be able to post one themselves. I don't know if that can be done.

You could do it with a poll riddle as you can only vote once. Just means that whoever posts it has to make up a few answers and peeps click on which one they think is right (or not!) so it's a sort of MCQ type of thingy.

OK, we'll try it out and see if it works in the poll section.
