It still upsets me now even though it's almost a year ago watching, by chance, on live TV those terrible events unfolding in the USA. Since then, this simple message has resided on our website:

Following the terrorist events in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania...
We would like to extend our condolences, thoughts and prayers to all those families in the 62 countries who have lost loved ones in these atrocities'
The same sentiments have been true for every single day of the year since 9/11 - they are all still in our thoughts...
