Yes of course you can.
I changing the games room into a home theatre and putting an exterior pool table on the deck.

Can I ask, is your games room a garage conversion. If so it is extremely well done. Did you do the work yourself? We are thinking of having our garage converted.

Hi,

Yes my games room is a garage conversion but the garage door is still visible. that is probably the best view you are looking at.

The louvred doors you see are where the water heater and I think an A/C unit had to be hidden away.To cover off that area cost $600. I thought it was expensive but did not really have a choice.

In reality to have a real good looking games room the garage door should be lost completely.

And no I did not do any of it myself as I am totally useless when it comes to that kind of thing.

Regards,

Tony

How did you get around the parking issue,or does your community allow parking on the street?

No it does not allow parking on the street. But fortunately our driveway will take about 6 vehicles.

We have one just like it from Eastern Billiards on the OBT! Would you be interested in selling the light fitting by itself? Also can you recommend a good electrician to fit one. We never got round to it last Easter.
