roddy is this the one you were buying as a syndicate of four last november?

what happened? did you buy two or just decide to 'show youself the money', what with the great price rises and all?:D

Yes, we bought two between four of us as an investment and are now kicking off the sales process. You're right about prices. Demand in the area is very high.

The builder where we are had his show homes values at $270k...and they sold for that.....it shocked him..he was going to sell for the $200k mark.......
