Apart from the Horse World Riding Stables on S Poinciana Blvd, Kissimmee Ocala also has lots of horse farms near US 301. Lots of farms welcome visitors and you can watch horses being broken and trained in the autumn/fall.
While you're in the Ocala area, try a visit to Silver Springs or Ocala National Forest, which is east of Silver Springs.
