Hello Everyone,

We are looking at going to Florida next August for 2 weeks, there will be 4 Adults and 3 children we want to stay in a Villa with a private pool and will require a 7 seater Mini Van, I was wondering if anyone knew of any companies that deal with large parties or anyone companies that offer deals for booking 12 months in advance. Would appreciate any info!!

Welcome to this site. You have certainly come to the right place. First of all I suggest you put an enquiry thru www.orlandovillas.com with your requested dates. This will ensure that villa owners who have availability will reply to you. Everyone on this site is fully verified, so you will be in safe hands.

You are better booking your flights, car hire and villa separately. You will also find links at the top of this site for car hire and flights as well. Alternatively you could use places like www.expedia.co.uk and www.opodo.co.uk for flights. The car hire rates on here are one of the cheapest around and you will be able to get a 7 seater mini van.

One thing, the school holiday periods book up really quickly, so do not delay in putting your request in for a villa.

Best thing is to put out an enquiry on the OV site (www.orlandovillas.com)for a five or six bedroom villa. Most owners on this site will also be able to fix you up with car hire. You can can book with one of the airlines as soon as seats are released - usually 330 days before departure - for best prices. Unlikely to get discounts for August but you are looking at good value - usually around £750-£800 (US$1300-1400) per week for a 10 person villa then - only £75-£80 per head per week. Check out the facilities, and you will see the bargain that you are getting. Enough of the hard sell, have a great time in Orlando.:)

I'm sure that Virgin etc. don't consider group bookings for less than 10 people. We have booked for next August for 14 people and have booked the Flights/Villa/Car Hire seperately, we originally booked for 13 then added 1 to it about 3 weeks later and the flight had gone up by about £60 so get in as early as possible.

Vik, we went recently as a party of 7 and hired a villa through this site - never having stayed in a villa before. It was a great decision. You will find that you can arrange everything- villa, flights, car hire and park tickets at very competitive prices through here.
