Close to Disney[?]
Open to prices but nothing stupid!!
Trying to get one before the US interest charges go up!! [msnsad]
is that pontelad as in ponteland?

Yes We had put an offer in on a resale, but the seller was not wanting to see at full asking price.
He was playing us against someone else! So we pulled out and bought a New Build
