plz plz plz tell me someone else loves this food.i cant get it here in the uk so when i go to florida i have it so much i keep the chinese restaurants in business lol but my boyfriend hates it and i cant find anyone who likes it and im starting to think im the only one.i cant be lol[?]
I've never heard of it!
The name really puts me off - what is it?

If you take the chicken and sweetcorn out of chicken and sweetcorn soup and then drop raw egg in to solidify and float around, thats egg drop soup. Or at least thats what it reminds me of:)
I do like it and have it quite a lot but I have to say that the soup I have most when I am in Florida is the chowder. I especially like the one in Columbia harbour House in MK. It was best when it was in a bread basket but they don't do that any more :(
once had conch chowder in roof top restaurant in key wesy back in 1988. gorgeous. never noticed it since, plenty of clam chowder fake
