All the venues are charging $20 a head to watch the game on Sunday. I've been trying to find somewhere a bit cheaper for my cousin as with 5 in their party they felt $100 was a bit steep before they've bought a drink or a meal.
Havent been able to find out about ESPN yet but as the USA arent in the Euro championships they may not be bothering with it.
I feel that is taking the P.
Love my football but will not be paying that much, dont suppose it would be that much to go to the game.
you are going on holiday, if you wanted to watch football why didn't you stay at home? I know i like the football but i would never go on holiday when it is something like this [msnsmile2]

We looked into pay per view but we dont have the right digital box in our villa for them to be able to order it on their credit card (its $19.95) which they were disappointed about as they thought they'd enjoy it more at home and they cant get the equipment so that was out.
I was in a bar on the 192 when world cup '98 was on - brilliant atmosphere. Holiday + football = AN EVEN BETTER HOLIDAY!

Im a little confused by your comments[?]
What could be better than being on holiday or
watching football in the pub..........................
Watching football in the pub while on holiday[msnsmile2][msnsmile2][msnsmile2][msnsmile2][msneek]

I have cancelled the holiday to take your advice, the kids say thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
i don't see the point of going thousands of miles away to watch the football when u can do that at home.Theres to much to do in orlando than watching football .........i'm a great fan of the football but being in orlando or watching the football is no match .........orlando wins hands down!!!!![msnsmile2][msnsmile2][msnsmile2]
It's only a couple of hours away from the parks. Do people spend all the hours they can on the rides? Next we will be people saying they have cut down on toilet breaks.
Footie,a Bud, like minded people,wings, etc etc.Fantastic.
And you can still get hours in the parks after.
You should be able to see it at Harry Ramsbottoms which is only about a 100m from the bottom of where Poinciana Blvd meets the 192. There should be no charge to watch football games but you will be expected to buy a drink. Harry Ramsbottoms is located in 'Liberty Village' and is a British pub that shows football matches on SKY so they may also show EURO 2004.
Does anyone have an update on this? What bars are showing games?
C'MON ENGLAND!!
euro 2004 isnt on traditional sky, but if you can find somewhere with ability to get eurosport side of things or another european channel, then the jobs a good un
i'm with the pro footy lobby.you cannot beat being on hols watching euro or world cup, few beers good banter etc. this is first time since 96 that we've not been away during a tournament, still i'll make up for it!!

why when somebody asks about something that they want to see or do does somebody always have to critise them for wanting to watch football or doing something that is British. We are only talking about a 90 min game so why dont we all decide that we will do our thing you do yours.I myself will be watching the euro 2004 final (if england get through that is)in an American bar with American people surely that is`nt the same as being in the UK.When im wandering round Universal I think I will prob spot more brits there than there is at home. But I dont mind or critise anybody for wanting to do it
Gutted:(
Suddenly Euro 2004 doesn't hold much of an interest now for us Brit's.
Why does it always happen to us :(

My sympathies on what happened last night but it happens to a lot of other nations too, and not only in football. Only one team can win, and i have a feeling it is going to be the Czechs this time.

I agree - Czech Republic look the best bet.
As for England there is always the World cup in 2006, it would be nice to win that in Germany. Can I be the first to ask where we can watch the World cup 2006 in Orlando [msnwink]??

Did I miss something ? Was there a match ? :D;)
I agree the Czech Republic look the best team at the moment.
Their game against Holland, last weekend, was proper game of Football and shows how the game should be played.
Lets hope that there are a few more "classic" games coming up for us Brits to watch, sadly now just as "neutrals".:(
