Please can you tell me a bit more about these areas, we are looking to be near disney.

Wellington which is near Florida Pines and Town Center Reserve which is near Champions Gate, Off Old Lake Wilson Road.

This means nothing to me, can anybody tell me which house is best to rent, closest to Disney, or point me in a direction of a map.

Thanks for you help

There is a Map on this site, its on the top of the front page and shows where the
communities are, this should show you how close they are to the parks

Julie we can't answer your question otherwise we would all come on saying our villa is nearest! The villas on these sites are within 5 - 20 minutes to Disney.

Here is a link to the ov map

Best thing to do is put out an enquiry on the sites and specify your requirements.

Hope this helps.

We recently rented a villa in Orange Tree community and it was excellent. But all the communities in the area seemed equally good and I think you will not go far wrong in choosing a villa that appeals to you and meets your requirements in any of the US192/US27 area communities. The important thing, in my opinion, would be to use THIS site to book one. There is none better.

It is difficult to remain impartial on this one. Closest to Disney you have Formosa Gardens, Oak /Island, Sunset Lakes and more. As my home is on one of those Communities, I do not feel able to say more. You need to put in a general enquiry through this site, saying you want to be no nore/less than, for instance, 5 miles from Disney or that you WANT to be further away. You can add as many comments as you like to specialise your enquiry.

Both areas you mention are within about 10 mins of Disney, Julie. Both are lovely too. I'm sure that you'd be happy in either development/villa.
Have a great holiday.
