There's Bok Tower Gardens but this is a separate place to Spook Hill (which I think is what you're describing!).

See here http://www.orlando-guide.info/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1607 for Spook Hill info.

Winter Park is north of Orlando. Take the Fairbanks or Princeton turn offs.

We went to Spook Hill last year - what a let down. I couldn't see what all the hype was, you could clearly see the slope.

There is a nice lake nearby that we found a had a wander round. Saw the house I'd like way across the other side and walked round to it. Had my photo taken in front of it-so I could dream of what to spend my winning lottery money on :D:D:D

I have been to Winter Park before, though I missed it this time. It is an excellent and relaxing day out. You take I-4 east and come off at Exit 87, following sighs to {ark Avenue. Winter Park has some excellent gardens, walkways, cycle paths and a superb scenic boat ride. It is described as an 'Urban Village' with its array of upmarket shops, boutiques, restuarants and galleries. My wife went with her parents just over a couple of weeks ago and they had a wonderful time.
