problems getting onto villa owners area

Hello,

I am in the process of buying a villa (offer accepted,home inspection report completed, due to close early June) The oeners area was brilliant and was a great help when deciding to buy etc.

I have returned from Florida 2 weeks ago to find that the owners section had been password protected, I emailed to be allowed in straight away and have heard nothing.

Is there a waiting list to get on the forum? or are the admins very busy?

The owners topics would be very useful now I am about to close but not getting access is very frustrating.

If you have not heard back from us then your email will not have arrived or you did something like leave the subject line of the email blank (our spam filter would have automatically deleted this).

If you email us again we will see what can be done.

Brilliant thanks John,
I checked the email I sent and it did have a subject, although
I may have sent it from Outlook Express this time i sent it straight
from the link on the website, I'll keep my fingers crossed.
