Another Visa Q!

We have just returned from Florida last Friday 7th, and used the visa waiver form, which was taken off us before boarding the plane. This Saturday 15th, we are flying to Detroit for a banquet (Dinner & Awards), it is being hosted by our Head Office in USA. Do we need to tick the 'business' or 'pleasure' box on the green form?
