gulf coast 4 nights r and r post wdw

our holiday is from 4/4/03 for 18nts ( 2wks wdw area villa) we plan to stay in the clearwater tampa st petes area or any gulf coast area if possible or if not in the east coast for 4 nts to end our holiday after 2wks disney can anyone suggest a good contact link site for any of these areas with hotel /condo that they have used i realise we need to book now along with the wdw villa but will our 2 friends ( no kids)who are on a fly drive travelling independantly who want to join up there be able to book much later. i have browsed the advice so far which is helpful
are ther any hotel chains that we could get vouchers for or is booking for both parties a must now any suggestions gratefully received
