Nigel, according to my 11year old son, because personally I don't 'do' rides, Duelling Dragons is a not-to-miss, two roller coasters that head off simulateously and you almost brush feet with each other!!! According to him, you are better on the orange one (there is a blue one). I believe they're fire and ice, or something like that!

We thought the Spiderman ride was just excellent. It's got to be one of the best rides we've ever been on!

The bit where Spiderman appears to jump on the front of the car you are in just has to be experienced <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>!

Dont forget the "Hulk" coaster. The launch out the tunnel is something that has to be experienced. Ripsaw falls is an excellent water ride in the best Splash Mountain tradition, but is much much wetter and has a better drop.

If I could pick in order my faves would be:

1. Hulk!
2. Spidey
3. Popeye's ride (I forget the name, bilgeboat barges or something like that!)
4. Ripsaw falls
5. Duelling Dragons
6. Dr. Dooms Fearfall
7. Jarassic Park
8. The Cat in the Hat!

I love all the rides and it's hard to pick really!! They are well worth a go as the effects and the themeing are incredible, and definitely don't miss Poseidons fury!!

Spiderman definately. This ride is a technoligical marvel. I like the Hulk too and Dr Dooms Fearfall though it is often a long wait for a very short ride. Duelling Dragons can be a bit loopy if you have just had lunch. One side is worse for this than the other. Think it may be Fire rather than Ice. Anyone know??? Love the dungeony theming on this one though.

We haven't "done" IOA..... yet...it's on the hit list for October - but a guest told me that they'd been on the ride 10 times!! in 2 days and Fire was definitely the best!

Snap Caroline, we have not done IOA yet either. I am still not sure whether to do it yet as I think the children may still be a bit young. Anyone with small children think it is okay for them too?

There's still a lot to do, water rides, small rides in Dr Seuss although it is a park that is mainly aimed at those who love the big rides.

I wonder if you would feel you had got your money's worth if your children are perhaps too little yet for the 'thrill rides'?

The kids could do all the rides in Toon Lagoon and Seuss Corner plus there is a little roller coaster next to Duelling Dragons. Also evertything in Jurassic Park ( not sure of the height restriction on the River Ride but it is only a big log flume.) Plus the shows ( Sinbad, Poseidons Fury and Extreme Sport). Yes, I would say there is enough Ruth, at least for the bigger kids.

Look at all the threads on Seuss Landing and I can assure you that the younger children will love this park, if only for its crazy colourful design. It is not an "eduthemepark" but a fun park for all ages - plenty of water rides for them to do as well plus of course the fabulous spray fountains between IOA and Universal - our two spent nearly an hour here alone!

Lots of characters to meet too (see topic on this also.) Please don't miss out on this park, it really is a fun day.
