Orlando is HOT, HOT, HOT from about the beginning of May until October.
1. It is very warm on some days even in November, March and April.

2. During the winter months, bring a variety of clothing because sometimes it can get cold. A sweater is always useful since air-conditioning indoors can be rather cool as well.
3. Remember to wear sunscreen and bring a hat, sun glasses, and water bottle to the parks. If you are travelling with children, bring along an extra set of clothes and a large plastic zip lock bag so they can play in the water at the numerous children's interactive play areas in the parks.
4. Remember where you parked and write it down ( for example: Lot A, 'Goofy' lane ).
5. Unless you just love hugh crowds, avoid all parks during the holidays - Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, even Presidents Day Week are
very crowded. You can still visit WDW while it is decorated pretty
for Christmas WITHOUT the crowds by planning your trip for the week AFTER Thanksgiving until about a week before Chirstmas.
6. Keep a small notebook for planning your trip - it should include airfare and flight information with confirmation numbers, hotel info, rental car info,
other ground transportation information, restaurant reservation numbers, ticket information, important telephone numbers, etc... You will be glad to have this to refer to prior to and during your trip. Keep all confirmation papers.
7. Make sure that everyone in your party knows what to do if they become separated from the group. Most theme parks have a message service
available at guest services.
8. If lost children should always be instructed to immediately contact a park employee.
