We are planning to sell one of our brand new 5 bed villas on Bloomingdale Drive, Hampton Lakes. The one we are selling is a 5/6 bed with pool & spa, extended pool deck. Please PM for details if you know anyone who might be interested.

Yes it is the one in the link. After we bought it we were lucky enough to get one of the premium plots on the site which we had been after from the start, backing onto the lake with a south facing pool, etc. We have thought about keeping both of them, but we only really wanted one for our own use, renting it out to help with costs so we are looking to sell this one. We're not in any hurry though because the new one won't be ready until July.
Is the villa still for sale? If so, what sort of offer are you looking for?
Yes, it is still for sale since we are not in a hurry to get rid of it.

i am looking for a villa but i am i think the price Caz is looking 4 is over what i am looking to pay and as she said i am looking @ a 4 bed for around US$250,000 but i have my realtor on the case i am looking at a few properties know 1 on Thousand Oaks and also Bridgewater Crossing[msnsmile2]
